Incredible clean 4th floor condo in magnolia pointe, access to 7 outdoor pools, condo located on 2 golf courses and a mile to the beach, 5 minutes to Broadway on the Beach, waves water park 8 minutes to the Ripken experience restaurants right on 17 bypass etc , right in the middle of it all but yet a quiet view from the 4th floor of the lake, enjoy your complementary morning coffee or afternoon beverage with the sound of running water in the background. Please be advised there are NO MOTORCYCLES TRAILERS, RV ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Thank You

My first trip to Myrtle beach was about 12 years ago with my golfing Buddies, We made it an annual trip, my wife and I have decided that we will eventually retire to Myrtle beach as we both loves the area, we bought a couple of condos as part of our retirement plan but wont be able to truly enjoy them for another 10 years. cant wait for the day to come

The condo location is a perfect one, Its minutes to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle and Bustle, they are also the largest condos in Myrtle Beach

The property has 7 outdoor pools, walking, biking paths and is located on two golf courses, each of our condos have a outdoor patio with a lake view, great to enjoy a hot or cold beverage while listing to the sound of the water fountains
