With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, including a king bed, two twin beds, and a double-sized sleeper sofa, it s ideal for families or small groups. Unwind on your private balcony with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, just steps from the sand.

Note: Seawinds does not permit motorcycles or trailers on-site. This unit includes two parking passes.

Other Things to Note
Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
As a guest, you ll find public beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
This unit comes with two parking passes. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Washer/dryer available for guest use.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
