Holiday home within easy walk to town (approx 15 minutes) and to lake edge (3 minutes) with views of the lake and mountains from a large elevated deck. Situated close to Eely point with easy access to boat launching ramp, bike trails and walking tracks. Newly renovated with modern kitchen, three bedroom house with two bathrooms (including an ensuite) and seperate toilet. Large open plan living/dining area with log burner and heatpump. Off street parking with garage available and area to park boat.

Family reunion

Very handy and close to the water. Loverly sun filled property but was just a little concerned that you have to walk through the 3rd sleeping area to get to the bathroom.

Great location - nice and quiet

A great little house in an excellent location. A relaxing spot for our ski holiday - we slept so well! Would stay here again for sure. Host was very responsive and great to deal with - she made our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect for a family ski holiday

The house is in a great location. It is warm and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were lovely and very easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed for a great family holiday.

Excellent location and very comfortable

Cannot speak highly enough of this older style property in a wonderful location. The decor and facilities were excellent and we really enjoyed the quiet evenings outside on the sunny deck.

Wonderful Wanaka Welcome

Anne and Nigel's lovely home welcomed us with sunshine warming the front rooms which have great views towards the mountains. There is a large fireplace and a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed walking and bike riding. Anne and Nigel were very responsive hosts, we enjoyed our stay and would love to return when we're back in Wanaka.

Cosy cottage

We loved our stay - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Mountain views and lake glimpses. Extremely well set up with everything we needed for our 7 nights. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were really responsive. A 20-25 minute walk into town mostly along the waterfront. the afternoon sun was perfect for reading a book on either of the decks.

A cosy house in a very convenient location

We loved our stay at this property in Wanaka. It had everything we needed after a day's skiing, and we could relax by the fire to recover! Beautiful garden which the kids loved running around in. Anne and Nigel were very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again if we came back to Wanaka. Great location very close to lake, shops and town park.

Just perfect for what we needed. Loved the fire, it made the experience all the more enjoyable…as it did the heated floors in the bathroom. Would love to come back in Summer.

Paradise

We have visited this property several times now and it is consistently exceptional. It's location is fantastic. The house itself is drenched in all day sun. The interior is beautifully decorated and feels like a real 'home'. The outdoor area and landscaping are lovely. A peaceful sunset glass of wine on the deck was a daily highlight. The amenities are fantastic and the hosts are wonderful and very easy to communicate with. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

A little bit of feedback

The layout of the house was weird, found it hard with people in the bedroom with 2 beds and people walking through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. There was no lock on the toilet which led to some embarrassments. Not enough toilet paper. We were warned about the ants and I totally understand they are little beggars to get rid of, however they were all over the bench and into food,
