The Boat House by Whangamata Marina

Modern two bedroom unit located just across the causeway from the fabulous new Whangamata Marina.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave please remove all rubbish from the property so the bach is left as you found it. Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
A short stroll to Moana Point Reserve, 10 minute walk to town or 5 minute drive to the popular surf beach.
The unit features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens out onto a shade sail covered BBQ area.

The unit is complete with all necessities, including
-new hooded BBQ
-fridge:/freezer
-electric frying pan
- microwave
- hot plate and small convection oven
- washing machine and small clothes line iron and ironing board
- toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery
- puzzles and board games

Just bring your own linen i.e sheets pillow cases towels bath mat and tea towel. Main bedroom has queen size bed and second bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks.

Parking for two vehicles, unfortunately not suitable for a boat trailer.

Winter getaway

Great little spot to escape for a few days. Nice areas to walk, and only a short drive into the main shopping area. Looking forward to our next stay.

The boat house

Great location with the reserve across the road to walk your fur baby but its on the main road into town so traffic noise, apart from that great stay.
