The Pacific Ocean and surf beaches of Bream Bay, Waipu Cove are at your doorstep. It is only two minutes drive to Waipu Cove and Waipu Village shops, cafes and great restaurants. Safe swimming and kayaking at the bottom of the garden.

The magnificent surf beaches of Bream Bay, Waipu Cove and Langs Beach are minutes away and the Studio Cottage is also handy to Uretiti, Langs Cove and Mangawhai Heads beaches.

There are two great golf course at Waipu and Mangawhai only a short drive away. Visit Waipu caves, go horse riding, play tennis. Go kayaking, swimming or surfing. All this plus all the comforts of home in this beautiful Studio cottage with it's own private driveway. Open plan room with a comfy king bed.
