Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation och plats
The cottage was clean, the bed comfortable and sheets were nice. Some elements of the cottage like the carpets and the paint were relatively newly renovated. The manager was responsive and the views were beautiful, the setting peaceful most of our stay.However, for the money we paid, the kitchen and especially the bathroom weâre more as I would expect from a low cost hostel. Clearly screaming for complete replacement. The cottage while clean, smelled of aged something? There was no aircon and the days were hot, so sleeping upstairs would have been impossible!And finally, please get rid of the rickety outdoors furniture which has weathered almost beyond use and look at why the doors will not open onto the deck because the hinges and the locks are rusted and some are immovable, preventing the doors from fully opening.Overall we loved the views and the peace and the cottage would be everything the photos promised if money was spent on the decaying structure.
