A great stay!

There was everything we needed. Plus a bottle of wine and full Kureg carousel. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. There is a full living room and bathroom in the basement. We would stay again!

The house was smaller then the pictures indicated but it was very cute and cozy. Very clean and the wine in the fridge was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and very soft sheets. Close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is a front porch light. Not safe walking up in the dark. Enjoyed our stay.

We lived in STL from '06-'09 and we had a great time re-visiting some of our old haunts: Zoo, The Hill, Sculpture Park, Covenant Seminary, the Arch and riverfront...the location was perfect. Just a mile south of the Zoo and Forest Park. House is in a quiet neighborhood, with a small yard in the back and a great basement for extra space.

Extremely clean, renovated. Cozy feeling and a GREAT location. We’ve stayed in multiple places around the area, but this place is the top of our list!! The downstairs is a great extra space to Hang out and nap.

Family weekend(girls only)!

A few suggestions observations: Blinds in front bedroom(streetlight), beds are too soft, creeking floor wakes basement sleeper, reading light in bedroom,side tables in living room would be nice. Great location, we walked to the Olympia Kebob House! Had dinner at Gian-Tony's(fantastic). Plan on returning to St Louis soon.

We liked: 2 bedrooms w/comfy beds; 2 full bathrooms (one with tub/shower); other sleeping options (hide-a-beds); back yard with trees, patio, herb garden, lawn; quiet residential neighborhood; driveway or street parking; full kitchen that was well-equipped; basement room with workdesk, couch, bathroom, laundry room. House had nice finishes, not moldy/mildewy at all. Only complaint was creaky wood floor in bedrooms and hallway. Property manager was helpful, accommodating, and a good communicator. The house was charming and we were comfortable there.
