The hosts were super welcoming and helped show us how to use all the features of the house (which there are a ton) and set the weekend off right. The whole house sound system was awesome and worked great, projector and all the TVs were hooked up and ready to go. Easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at, me and our group had an amazing time. Also can’t forget to mention the location, directly above multiple bars, easy walk to the gondola and the casinos. If you’re looking at places just book this one, it’s easily worth the little bit extra money.

Incredible condo for a group looking to have fun and experience Tahoe! We were there for a ski trip. Main gondola was very accessible in a 5-10 min walk. Owners were great! Very helpful and reachable. The property is super unique and probably best suited for adults. The music from the downstairs bar was definitely noticeable on Fri and Sat nights until about 2am. Pretty quiet during the week days. This is not a problem if you’re also staying up late but be forewarned. Would recommend! Would stay again!

Great place for annual guys ski trip

Property was even better than pictures. Very cool spot and location within a short walk of gondola, restaurants and shops. Host was amazing and gave us a full tour of the property on arrival and was very personable as well as responsive during our stay. Well equipped kitchen. We will definitely look this one up again next time we come here.

Awesome Golf Haven

We stayed here for our annual 16 man golf trip and the accommodations could not have been more perfect. Our hosts were available by text for anything that we needed or had questions about. We move the location of our annual golf outing every year but there has already been discussion of returning to this location specifically for this property sometime in the future. I highly recommend!

Bachelor Party Stay

Perfect stay! Arguably the best location to stay in South Lake Tahoe if you’re looking for a weekend of gambling and golf with the crew. No Rideshares needed. Ricky and Jordan (hosts) were absolutely amazing. Phenomenal communication throughout the entire trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Was here for my bachelor party with a group of 12 altogether and we had the best time. 10/10, highly recommend!

The condo itself is truly beautiful — modern, spotless, and filled with premium technology and thoughtful touches. The location COULD NOT be better, and during the daytime it was the perfect home base for our family trip.The team who supports the host was wonderful to work with. They were responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated their professionalism.The listing describes the condo as exclusive and luxurious, and it absolutely delivers on that — from the steam room and soaking tub to the Sonos systems and custom decor. However, the listing also includes just one brief line, tucked at the end of a paragraph about noise: “The Condo is Above two bars and the noise is LOUD.” What we experienced was far more than typical bar noise — it was intense bass vibration that traveled through the floors and walls until the bars closed. Our group (7 adults and 2 kids) loved the condo, but once we tried to go to sleep around 11 PM, the vibration made it very difficult. Earplugs and white noise didn’t help because the issue is structural, not airborne sound.For a luxury property at this price point, I expected a more detailed explanation of the nighttime environment. This condo is best suited for guests who plan to stay out late or who are very heavy sleepers. It’s a stunning place in a fantastic location, but the vibration is something to keep in mind before booking.

Incredible Condo, Fantastic Location, Overall Great Experience

Our group of 12 stayed at the condo for a bachelor party, and the experience was remarkable. From the communication with our hosts Jordan and Ricky to the experiences they helped us book and the condo itself, everything was above and beyond our expectations. Ricky took great care of us the entire weekend and was always a phone call or text away if we needed anything. Additionally, Jordan helped us book both a sushi chef (Kyle from Naked Fish) and a craft bartender (Jordan) to come to the condo and make us dinner and drinks. Highly recommend booking both of those guys if you do end up renting this place, it was an incredible experience and both guys were great. The hosts know the area extremely well and had the best recommendations for anything from Ski Rentals (highly recommend Ski Butlers) to nightlife. And I haven't even gotten to the condo itself. It's a massive, luxurious condo that had plenty of space for our group to sleep comfortably. There are several different areas in the condo where we were able to hang out and spend time, and the amenities made the experience feel one-of-a-kind. Lastly, the location can't be beat. We had the Heavenly gondola a 5-minute walk away and were in the heart of the nightlife. Long story short, booking this place was a great decision. If you're going to Tahoe with a large group and especially a bachelor party, I can't recommend booking this condo enough.

The condo has a perfect setup for any occasion. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options and roomy living quarters. The sound system was top notch as well. The hosts have a simple check in process and the property was very clean.

This place absolutely rips!

My buddies and I booked the Condo for a bachelor party weekend and it was everything it was billed to be. - The hands-on service Ricky and Jordan provided was excellent and very accommodating. If we had questions or needed help, they were always quick to respond and give us guidance. - The location is second to none. With this being a bachelor party, we didn't want to book a cabin due to potential noise ordinance/complaints; this is why the Condo was a perfect fit. It is located above AleWorx and Lucky Beaver, as well as right between Harrah's and Bally's, so everything was easily walkable and we never had to worry about being too noisy. - The Condo itself is perfectly designed. It's spacious. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. And it comes with all the bells and whistles that are shown in the pictures. Would highly highly recommend this spot to anyone that has a bachelor/ette party and/or ski trip coming up! My friends and I are already trying to figure out our next trip back.

Best Place In South Lake!

My fiancée and I stayed here with about 10 friends the weekend of our wedding and WOW. What a perfect way to spend time bonding, we didn’t even need to go out to eat/drink because The Condo had everything we needed. A+ place to stay, highly recommend to all groups looking for a place with the best vibes in town

Unreal Trip!

Best place to stay in South Lake! Common quotes from our bachelor party group were "best weekend of my life" and "legendary trip." No better place to stay for a guys trip. Perfect location with everything you need within walking distance (good food, bars, casinos, golf, etc.) and tons of space for our group of 15. Hosts were top notch, giving us a tour of the property, great communication, and more accommodating than they needed to be. Everyone in our group of 15 will be recommending this spot for any future trips. We will be back!

Great stay

Perfect place for a guys ski trip. This place is really off the hook. Easy walk to the gondola, bar, hot tub, steam room....everything worked great. Ricky was responsive and was able to secure us a dinner reservation for a large group with short notice. Will be back again next year!
