Perfect for staying with my 6 y/o grandson. He enjoyed swimming everyday. The house was roomy and comfortable. My grandson loved the “game room”. The host was available to assist with wi-fi and suggested local spots to enjoy.

Wedding Reception Trip

Overall this property was perfect for our trip. Even though the neighborhood is average, it was updated & very clean. The pool was very clean & serviced once during our stay. The location was perfect for the reception we attended in Hudson which was only about 10 minutes away. We also drove to Clearwater beach a couple of times during our stay which was only about 45 minutes away. Coming from Texas, it can take 45 minutes to go across town so it didn’t seem far away for us. Overall we were impressed with the property and would recommend it.

The check In process was smooth but there was no instructions or welcome letter/book explaining the WiFi process, just the password. There were lots of available options for WiFi so we were not sure what one to use. Bedding was an issue with stains and rips but the host ordered immediate replacements where the pillows showed up the same day but bedding came the next so we had to purchase our own sheets for the night. Towels for bathing and pool/beach were all the same which was fine but was limited for a large family with kids. There is zero items in the kitchen such as salt and pepper so just a heads up that nothing food related spices etc is there. We needed to buy baggies and used all 6 garbage bags that were supplied for our week long stay as a family of four then used our plastic target bags for trash vs purchasing more garbage bags, there was a few dishwasher pods, 1/4 roll paper towels and just a few disposable flatware. Pots and pans were teflon scratched/stained and dirty so we avoided using them. We were really looking forward to the blue lounge chairs by the pool but sadly they were no longer available. We were also looking forward to using the provided gas fire pit, only to find out the host doesn’t provide the LP for it. Which is fine, just would have been good to know coming into the house. We needed to purchase a cooler and loungers and a life jacket for the pool and the beach days! Overall the house was clean and comfortable.
