Great long weekend stay. The outdoor pool and hot tub where the main reason for us selecting the property. Space was great for two couples and the outdoor area is perfect!

Love home and great pool/spa set up

We wanted a nice relaxing family vacation in the Port Richey area and this place was perfect. We spent time doing a few things in the area but the majority of our time was just hanging out by the pool where we could watch TV or the back yard wild life. Very warm home to spend time with our family.

Felt Like Home

We Loved our stay at "The Nest". Everything about the house, pool, hot tub and all the different birds outside by the lake were wonderful. But the best part of our stay was how nice and attentive, the property managers were to us. They made our stay feel like we were home!

Excellent for 2 couples

We didn't bring children so we didn't use the ample size bunk room. The other 2 rooms used, was perfect with many entrances to the pool/spa

It is a beautiful property and it was well stocked with just about all of the basics for cooking and plenty of towels for the pool and house! The pool was filled with small bugs and no matter what we did it was hard to get the majority out. Even the pool cleaner was shocked how cloudy the pool was and had to dump a massive amount of chlorine in to fix it. I would not recommend this property for summer, the AC unit is older (2012) and couldn't keep up with the heatwave so the house got up to 83 degrees making it hard to sleep unfortunately for us and our kids. Host was very communicative though and responded to our messages about concerns promptly.

Love “Our Nest”

This is the second time we stayed in this beautiful home. Ann and Cindi are awesome hosts and do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. We love the pool and hot tub and enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the covered patio. Lots of games for family fun too! We hosted a lovely dinner party one evening and my father in law enjoyed seeing the kids play in the pool. Conveniently located to Tarpon Springs , great restaurants and mini golf. We will definitely return.

Years End

Thank you so much for letting us Trent your beautiful home. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Sitting by the pool and watching all kinds of birds and the squirrels playing gave us so much piece which we needed away from our high stress jobs.
