Langs Haven Àr ett soltÀckt fritidshus med tillgÄng till stranden bara meter frÄn ytterdörren och infödda buskar precis bakom. Denna fastighet ligger i en cul-de-sac med exklusiva hem och erbjuder en fridfull familjen tillflyktsplats pÄ antingen sommar eller vinter.

Interiören kombinerar öppen planlösning med enkel Ätkomst till lindade dÀck dÀr du kan njuta av havsutsikten framför och inhemsk busk med fÄgelnsÄng / skugga pÄ baksidan av fastigheten.

NedervÄningen finns tvÄ sovrum med dubbelsÀng med nÀstan ny dubbelsÀng och dubbelsÀngar och ett generöst gemensamt badrum / tvÀttstuga och separat toalett.
PÄ övervÄningen finns ytterligare ett badrum och en gigantisk barnvinge med 2 x nÀra nya kung enkelsÀngar komplett med 2 x sjÀlvstÄende roll-aways, och deras egen TV (plus brÀdspel och lego.)
Barnen vill inte lÀmna!

Fastigheten inkluderar parkering utanför gatan för 2 bilar.

Omgivande Mangawhai och Waipu Cove / township erbjuder massor av aktiviteter - promenader vid kusten, fiske, golf, vinprovning, bönder och hantverksmarknader och kaféer inklusive den hyllade Bennetts chokladfabrik.

Lang’s stay

Great house and location. Suited our family stay perfectly. It had a well equipped kitchen plus an extra fridge freezer as well as a few toys available (tennis, kayaks). Only negative (if you can call it that) is having to bring linen and towels). Highly recommend.

Fantastic weekend getaway

Great Bach

A great family Bach in an excellent location. We took our 1 year old there and it was very easy to make the family area safe for him. The house has a nice feel to it and we would stay again. The air conditioner was a bonus too!

Peaceful weekend getaway

Five of us stayed at the Langs beach bach for the long weekend and couldn’t fault its cleanliness, location and quiet neighbourhood. Liz was very helpful with ensuring check-in and access was seamless. Great BBQ and very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again.

Great for 2 small families or multi generation family

We had a lovely stay, in line with other reviews. Found it to be a great set up - the queen size bed (perfect for the grandparents) and double (for us) were on the same level as bathroom/ kitchen / lounge etc. We only had our 1 toddler with us but upstairs is well set up for multiple kids. I would note for mums there’s a frosted window between the lounge and the loft so if you need the room dark bring a blackout curtain ;) would def stay again, thanks Liz!

Amazing and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay, property just perfect for some well needed relaxation near the beach. Loved the bird song and indoor outdoor flow and enough room for two families to come together or spend some separate time out when needed. My 9 year old didn’t want to leave!

Awesome trip to Langs beach

Great bach - excellent place to stay with family and just a short walk to beach. Bach accommodates well a large family, and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the bach was very warm for a mid winter trip (with heating provided by heat pumps). The hosts have also taken the time to write an excellent set of notes on the amenties and also local places to visit ie walks, cafes and local museums etc They are a must read at the start of your stay so you get the most out if your trip. The bach also has has a beautifullylandscaped and well maintained garden that back onto native Bush. We will be back for sure.

Langs Haven Stay

We had a lovely weekend up at Langs Haven and found the house a comfortable place to spend a winter weekend. There were extra duvets in the closets for the bedrooms and the heater in the living room made the space toasty. The loft space upstairs worked really well for the 4 pre-teen cousins and the landscaping was beautiful. The place was an easy stroll to the boogie boarding waves near the tractor entrance to the beach and the outdoor shower made post-beach clean up easy. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating. It would be a wonderful summer house with the various outdoor spaces on the wrap-around deck.

Awesome, comfortable house with plenty of space. Lovely and quiet with great private deck. All you could want for a getaway! Great communication and flexible with check in and out which was much appreciated.

We're an Auckland-based, beach-loving family of four. Andrew's a keen gardener and fisherman, Liz prefers reading and hiking. Our dream was to one day own a beach home at Langs - one of the best beaches in NZ.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

You possibly won't find another holiday rental closer to beautiful Langs Cove than our place. Which is why we bought the property and undertook a modest refurbishment - new decking, external paint, new beds and gardens.
