Echo Landing 15 is a lovely and modern 3-bedroom/2-bathroom townhome spanning two storeys located in the East Village of Sun Peaks Resort. Enter the property on the ground level and find all the living spaces on the top floor, allowing for privacy and quiet.
The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen create a perfect space for family gatherings and entertainment. The kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, while the living room invites relaxation with a large L-shaped couch, a stone fireplace, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Large French doors, topped with windows, along with an additional large window, flood the living and dining areas with natural light.
Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy a large 4-burner barbeque, an outdoor dining set, and a private hot tub, all set against the stunning backdrop of the surrounding forestry and mountains.
The master bedroom, located behind the living room, features a king-sized bed, a view of the hot tub area, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a wide dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sinks.
The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a nearly floor-to-ceiling window, and a closet equipped with a desk, perfect for remote work or study.
The third bedroom includes double-over-double bunks and another closet with a desk setup, ideal for computer work.
The main bathroom also features a shower/tub combo. Additionally, a stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in a hallway closet for your use.

This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage in front of the property.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
