Our four bedroom two storey home has awesome views in one of the top suburbs in Dunedin. It is comfortably furnished and ready for your stay. Just a couple of minutes drive to St Clair beach with cafes & restaurants, saltwater pool, surfing etc. Only 10 minutes drive to the city centre.

Stunning views. However cleanliness was an issue in the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs room which is also the laundry had a very low ceiling and was cold. Heating was insufficient for the cold weather in two of the bedrooms. The location was very good and the area quiet.

Incredible view from the property, and accurately represented in on-line description. Communications with the owner were easy - and they turned on stunning spring weather for us !! The accommodation made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Dunedin; particularly as we were able to stay together as a group in one place. We would certainly do it again.

Home appears to be a little older but is very comfortable. Well stocked. The driveway is a bit narrow but navigable, just for awareness. The check in/check out process was very simple. Communication with the owner/manager was very good. Lovely views.

Family Gathering

We stayed with our adult children at this Earls St home and it was a relaxing retreat. The home was very clean, good sized, well equipped kitchen, bedroom downstairs provided us nice privacy away from our kids, and the views were amazing! The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this property, although if traveling with elderly the steep driveway may be too much to navigate.

Amazing view

We couldn’t get enough of the view. We were immediately disappointed that we were only staying 2 nights. We stayed in to cook just so that we could get more of it. The location is great, the house is huge and has everything you need. Being that it’s up in the hills you will probably want to have a car. I highly recommend this property, it’s one we will be thinking about for a long time.

Holiday house with a view

The house worked well for us as a family group. The bedrooms worked for our Unfortunately the oven stopped working so we rang the host but she was unable to suggest anything to sort this problem. w downstairs, and adults upstairs).

Great house, clean and well equipped. Space is wonderful for families and this has to be one of the best views in NZ. We have stayed here a couple of times and will again if it is available.

Excellent Stay

Had a great time at St Clair with our two families of 4. Plenty of space inside, with the use of the downstairs (studio). View out of the living area is as advertised and we were treated to an overnight thunderstorm. Ample parking for two large vehicles. All the facilities that we would need. Would recommend
