Belle View is the perfect house - a gorgeous architecturally designed property, set in a very private location surrounded by native bush, and with spectacular views. Beautifully presented with large open spaces, seamless indoor/outdoor flow, designer kitchen and quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Positioned at the most northern tip of Onetangi, this property truly takes advantage of its location, enjoying panoramic views across the bay.

The spacious lounge with feature gas fireplace and open plan dining/kitchen area sits above the water with views over Onetangi Beach. Large stacking doors open out on both sides to spacious outdoor living with comfortable lounge seating, open fireplace and stylish alfresco dining area.

The master bedroom is on the top level with ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and beautiful north western views. Downstairs are a further two bedrooms with access to another deck and shared ensuite. The king room contains a lounge area and TV, perfect for couples wanting their own space.

To top it all off there is an outdoor shower and a secret garden through the bush with additional outdoor dining and pentanque court.

With a lovely gas fire as well as a heat pump/air-con in the living room, this is the perfect house in summer or winter.

The house is lovely in every way.

The house is lovely in every way. We were very comfortable there. The views and outside living areas were wonderful. The only downside was the scary driveway. A parking bay up at the top would be very advantageous for people with large vehicles.

Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear your enjoyed your stay in that special spot and its fabulous views. There is no problem parking at the top of the driveway if the steepness is daunting, but most guests find it fine to park and turn in the driveway.

This was a stunning property with beautiful views and very well presented.

This was a stunning property with beautiful views and very well presented. It had everything you could need and was in immaculate condition. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, everything felt very fresh and clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high quality pans/crockery/amenities. Our only complaint was that we had to leave!! We would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again.
