About this property

Perfect for 2-9 Guests with Fantastic Views! Thompson Street Twin C

Magnificent views come with this family home. A short walk to town with its many wonderful restaurants, live music and clubs, turn the other way up the street and there are bush walks to the top of Bob's Peak and Ben Lomond.... there is so much to do... Queenstown is the ultimate holiday destination, whether bungi jumping, mountain biking and jet boating are your thing or chilling with a book, a wine and that view, there is something for everyone - all year round, young and old.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms have a queen size bed, the third room has a double bed and a single bed. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to be a bed and you will find a fold out trundle bed and a porta-cot in the bedroom cupboard.
Two heat pumps upstairs and downstairs will keep you warm and cosy and all of the bedrooms have radiators and electric blankets.
There is a full kitchen with all amenities and a BBQ on the back deck.

Our house is 30 minutes from Coronet Peak ski resort and 45 from the iconic Remarkables, close to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and shops, Twin C is situated in a cut de sac at the bottom of Bob's Peak amongst some of the original baches of Queenstown. Biking and walking tracks to Ben Lomond start at the end of the road.

Special conditions:
Whereas it is a house for groups and it is a fun house in a fun place. It is not a house for partying all night in as it is in a residential area with neighbours who work 24/7 (and who we have to get on with!).
So we ask that you respect this and keep noise down and inside after 10pm.

Pets and children are very welcome but please be aware the property is not fully fenced.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No need to strip the beds but if you could put all used towels on the floor in the bathroom it would be a great help.
Check out is before 10am, our cleaning team will usually arrive shortly after 10.
Please turn off electric blankets and heaters
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no parties, no sellotape or blutac on walls.
No noise outside after 10pm. Sound travels clear and far in the mountains.

Nicky is just too friendly and helpful! The view of the place is just awesome. We had a great stay and the place was well equipped. The view is fantastic! The cabinets and kitchen was in good condition. No issues using the cupboard like what other guests have mentioned. It was well maintained! We could drive our car to the front of the house, but it takes a bit of skill and experience due to the slope. The garage can park a car below 2m.

Property had a wonderful view. Lots of bathrooms with separate toilets. Everything was spotlessly clean. The downside was the smell of cooked food (curry) when we arrived, and everything is very worn - just a worry opening cupboards as they felt like they were going to fall off their hinges. Otherwise, a nice place to stay the night.
