About this property

Epic Location at Eely Point

The Space:

Situated near Eely Point, Lismore Park and walking distance to town centre and the lake, this is Wanaka at its finest.



This two-story home features four bedrooms. The Master bedroom bedroom has an ensuite and 3 bedrooms have door opening to the lush garden. The fourth bedroom is a stylish garage which has been converted into a comfortable bedroom/playroom for the kids with a bunk bed and a roll away bed.



Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens out onto balconies that capture the sun. The kitchen is modern with an island, designed for family living and fully equipped.



The views are lovely to the mountains with peeks through to the lake. Just a 10 minute bike ride or easy stroll to town around the lake's edge.



Note: The driveway isn’t suitable for boats. It’s a shared driveway and needs to remain clear at all times, and the angle also makes manoeuvring a boat difficult.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.



Interaction with Guests:

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Perfect Ski holiday house

The house was exactly as described, my two girls (5 & 2) and my parents all very comfortably stayed in the house while skiing for a week. There was more than enough room for us all, we didn't even use one of the rooms, the house was very clean and tidy. It was also very warm which was appreciated given the cold temperatures. Location was great, could easily walk into town and then just at the bottom of the street was access to a lovely walk along the lake into town. Could easily house two families. Couldn't recommend the house enough.

Wanaka stay

Nice location, comfortable stay. Only improvement would be to provide more detailed instructions on use of the dishwasher. We figured it out but on arrival most of the plates / cups and cutlery were dirty. I think previous guests found the dishwasher hard to use and I guess the cleaners did not check.

I will ensure there are more detailed instructions for the dishwasher and test it myself ensure it is up to standard. Thank you again for letting us know.

The House was perfect for our stay.

The House was perfect for our stay. Really well laid out, the whole up stairs was basically a huge living area with open plan kitchen so we could all hang out together, also had decks off the living areas which would be ideal in summer!. Bedrooms were good size. Location was great, about a 1-2 minute walk to the lake front which has a walkway all along it. About a 15 minute walk into the Wanaka township along the lake front. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large group!

Plenty of space in all the bedrooms. Living area was sun-filled and comfy, but could have used more seats given how many people can sleep in the house. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Suggested improvement: more outdoor seating available for use on grassed areas. Property was nice and central with good access to the lakefront
