Centrally located and very comfortable

We spent one night here and it was nice to be close to the park and centrally located to everything. The house is well set up and very comfortable and quiet.

Great location, great layout. Kitchen utensils need upgrading, loose handles on pots and other items, can openers that don't work, no tongs for bbq etc.

lovely place for bigger groups

Very modern, well presented. Just wish we had more time there. We were in and out for a work Christmas party so only really slept there. We found an ironing board but no Iron. That is my only complaint. Otherwise a fantastic place.

Lovely spaces

As there were eleven of us, we enjoyed the use of all the rooms very much. Plenty of bathrooms to use too. There was a bonus in the Garage with the ping pong table. Thank-you very much, it was a great family together in a super house.

Good location near Hagley Park - we walked into the city from...

Good location near Hagley Park - we walked into the city from here c. 35 mins easy flat walk. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for our family group of 10. Worth noting that the two first floor bathrooms (good size) are accessed through bedrooms i.e. two rooms with en suite and two other rooms needed to use these bathrooms. Both indoor and outdoor seating. We loved having a washing machine after a week on the road. Local shopping centre very close. Thoroughly recommend

A great place to acclimate after very long flights.

A great place to acclimate after very long flights. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and great location. Easy to find and within walking distance of great sights (Riccarton House and Bush, Botanic Gardens, and Canterbury Museum), restaurants and shops. Driveway shared with other accommodations.

I would have rated a 5 star, But I feel the kitchen could do with a few more or updated cooking utensils for the amount of people that the property accommodates. Lovely big house in very good location. would recommend Regents villa, and we will use again :)
