The Space:
You’ll find three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms all on one level: Bedrooms One and Two each feature a plush queen bed, while Bedroom Three offers two single beds. An internal-access garage provides secure parking and easy unloading of luggage or groceries.

Step outside to your private oasis: a covered spa pool area where you can unwind beneath the stars or relax in warm, bubbling waters rain or shine. Whether you’re soaking after a day of adventure or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, this space is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house and spa pool during your stay. This includes the kitchen (with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and cookware), living areas, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. Enjoy the BBQ grill, and free parking is available both on the premises (garage) and on the street. Please note that quiet hours apply to the spa pool; keep noise down after 9 PM out of respect for our neighbours.

Nestled in the quiet residential area of Utuhina, our holiday home offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to Rotorua township. You'll find a mix of local shops, cafes, and dining options within a short drive. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The famous Polynesian Spa and Government Gardens are also a short drive away, offering a taste of Rotorua's unique geothermal experiences.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! You'll find a bus stop just around the corner, offering convenient access to local destinations. For those who prefer to drive, the shops are a quick 5-minute car ride away. If you enjoy a leisurely walk, the shops are approximately a 15-20 minute stroll from the property. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.

Fantastic place

We loved our weekend in Rotorua staying at the Beez Neez. The house is perfect. Very clean, tidy and comfy beds. We all loved the hot tub after a long cold day biking.

Thank you for a great stay at Beez Knees - it really was the bees knees - everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was well provisioned so we could cook meals for a family. The spa was very clean and a great treat. The unit was in a residential area and away from the main part of town but very easy access to everything by car. Thank you for a great stay.

A quiet street so the kids slept well. When traveling with young ones you really appreciate. The house was clean and tidy and had all the comforts of home including air con for the heat wave we hit.

Nice little place to place to stay.

The house was modern and clean and the beds are super comfy. The spa was awsome to have, especially since it was cold and rainy during our stay. Communication is easy and friendly. Wasn't sure what to expect with it being a unit but was no issue to share a driveway and the neighbours are quiet and friendly. Would recommend.

Awesome Unit

We had a wonderful stay here. Although it's a unit it is a generous size with a very well equiped kitchen. We all enjoyed the spa too after a day out exploring. Would definitely stay again. Note:. The toilet seems to keep running after flushing so might need to get that checked. Apologies I was meant to leave a note but it slipped my mind.

The stay was great, property other than needing lawns mowed was great. Access email needs updating to say the garage opener is in the lockbox where it was, not in the kitchen. All up very enjoyable.
