It consists of a living room with a 140 sofa bed and equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker with hotplates and oven, extractor hood, microwave), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 140 bed and storage, separate toilet. Outside, a pretty sunny courtyard, a garage used as a storeroom and storage (washing machine and freezer). Parking on the property.
The best thing about this rental by the sea: House in the heart of the village and shops, possibility of doing your shopping on foot. Pleasant sunny courtyard for outdoor summer meals. Parking on the property.

Keys can be handed over and returned exclusively to the D'Oléron agency (Saint Pierre district).
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
