Your quiet but centrally located Woodlands getaway awaits at this charming 2-bedroom, 2 full bath, with enclosed screened-in pool. This very clean, classic, one story home is as convenient as it is adorable. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay located centrally near all The Woodlands highlights. Market Street with high end shopping, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion where you can catch a concert, Lake Woodlands with kayaking, Hughes Landing with shops and restaurants including Whole Foods, The Waterway, and Woodlands Mall. Woodlands Resort 3 min. Woodlands Country Club 5 min. I45, one mile away. IAH airport, 20 miles. Pool is NOT heated. We can accommodate 4 adults and two children sharing a pullout sofa in primary bedroom. Cocktail pool, max 5 ft deep. For guest safety, an exterior security camera is located at the front door monitoring the entryway and driveway and in the back monitoring pool/patio doors. ***PLEASE NOTE, we can’t accommodate any parties or events. Pets must be pre approved.

Pool has quiet hours 10pm-7am. No parties, no additional visitors. Only 2 cars permitted. There is only driveway parking with two spots.
Pool is NOT heated and shallow! No jumping or diving. No smoking or vaping inside or outside on property. This includes no smoking in back by pool.
Guest is required to respond to initial message acknowledging and accepting rules before booking is accepted.

Laura was quick to respond and a very helpful, gracious host. The property was incredibly beautiful and immaculate. It was a very cozy and romantic getaway for my husband and me. We celebrated my birthday and our anniversary! We will definitely be back! The pool was clean & quaint & the home is situated on a very quiet secluded culdesac yet still minutes from restaurants & shopping. An absolutely stunning area to visit. The Woodlands did not disappoint!

The house was so clean and had such beautifuly amazing design and character. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. The screened in pool was a perfect size and very clean. The decor and mid century design made it feel like a brand new mid century home. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in staying in this area. The home could be the vacation destination alone. The home is also located 1.9 miles from Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion where may top artists perform.
