Pt Chevalier est une charmante banlieue d'Auckland Central. Proche de toutes les autoroutes principales. En raison de son emplacement, il est très facile d'accéder à la côte nord, à l'ouest d'Auckland, à l'est d'Auckland ou au sud d'Auckland en seulement 10-15 minutes par l'autoroute.

Nous avons une belle unité autonome qui a été récemment rénovée. Vous pouvez aller et venir à votre guise. Linge fourni. Nous avons également une belle cour arrière. Et cour que vous pouvez apprécier.

Nous fournissons des ingrédients pour le petit-déjeuner tels que des cornflakes, du pain, des confitures, du lait, du thé et du café à avoir à votre guise.

Whirlwind weekend in Auckland

Great little spot for a busy weekend exploring Auckland with the family. Close to attractions like Auckland Zoo and Western Springs, plus easy access to the city centre. A nice quiet place to rest with good off street parking too. Thanks for having us!

It is a lovely unit with all necessary ammenities required, the only downside for us was the access going up the driveway (didnt help that is was raining but thats mother nature), and to the entrance to the unit was not exactly mobility friendly for my sister who was a stroke patient. Otherwise it was a great location and a lovely host.

Fine for quick stay. We had a car so location away from main attractions wasn’t a problem. Small unit in backyard of main house, was a little tight for family of four but fine for short stay.

Quiet and convenient

Maree was a very good host, good communication, not intrusive, friendly and helped promptly with couple of maintenance snags. Immaculately clean, basics in fridge on arrival is so welcoming too. Comfortable beds, helpful to have fans and dehumidifier as no air conditioning. Close to selection of cafes, useful as kitchen is limited, no hob. Close to shops and bus stop. Ideally placed to visit our son and his family. Enjoy your birthday celebration cruise Maree!

Nice, clean place with a lovely welcome touch – wine and food left for our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and bedding.We were a family of 5, so the living space was quite small. The sofa bed was a tight fit and needed to be packed away each morning before we could use the kitchen and lounge properly. I wasn’t sure where to put the coffee table and couch when it was pulled out, as it blocked the kitchen and walkway to the other room. Next time, I’d actually prefer using an air bed in one of the bedrooms for our third child instead.Since we paid for an extra guest, it would have been good to have pillows, bedding and towels ready for our 5th person.That said, it’s a lovely quiet spot. Even though it’s on the same property as the owners, we didn’t see them at all. There is an outdoor space, but it’s shared – both back doors open onto the same area, so it’s not private if you wanted your own space outside.Parking is on the street for guests, but we had no trouble finding a spot in the nice neighbourhood. The cafe at the end of the street is great for coffee, and the shower had brilliant water pressure.

Thank you for your booking. We try and keep the back yard as private as possible when have guests, but are always available if you needed any assistance or guidance where to eat etc. Regarding towels and bedding, we leave a message where everything is kept in our blurb, for extra towels, bedding and pillows. We also have a single mattress that can go in one of the bedrooms if that is easier for guests. We quite often see guests when they arrive and show them where everything is, unfortunately we did not see you at all. But i am always available if needed. Take care Maree

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our unit is very private, newly renovated and in a lovely area. Our street is quiet and peaceful. But close enough to jump on a bus at the end of street to the city or an easy uber ride to where you need to go. We have two lovely cafes at the end of street, Twisted Tomato and The Corner Cafe for a lovely cuppa or lunch. Pt Chevalier shops is only a short walk and also our lovely Pt Chevalier beach is also a short walk away. So centrally located it is easy to get around Auckland from our base in Pt Chevalier.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Pt Chevalier is close to all major motorways, easy access to West Auckland, Airport, North Shore and Southern Motorway. Pt ChevAlier is flat great for walking and close to biking tracks. Pt Chevalier Beach only 10 minutes walk. Pt Chevalier is a quiet, flat central city suburb.
