Notre villa Latania Palms a été achevée en mai 2012 et est maintenant prête pour nos clients à passer d'agréables vacances avec une touche tropicale à Sunshine State en Floride.

La villa orientée plein sud est située au sud-ouest de Cape Coral dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers résidentiels, à proximité du port de Cape Harbour et de Tarpon Point. Les magasins sont accessibles à pied. En plus de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, vous disposez d'un salon spacieux avec de nouveaux meubles de haute qualité et une cuisine entièrement équipée. L'entrée, le salon et la cuisine sont construits dans le style aéré du «plafond cathédrale». Détendez-vous sur la grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une grande piscine chauffée. Cape Coral est un point de départ idéal pour les golfeurs et les amateurs de sports nautiques. Vous trouverez également des courts de tennis dans la région. Tous les parcs d'attractions du sud-ouest de la Floride sont facilement accessibles.


La villa entièrement climatisée vous invite à la détente avec sa piscine d'environ 125 m² et sa piscine chauffée de 8,50 x 4,30 m. La cuisine de haute qualité est équipée de tous les appareils tels qu'un lave-vaisselle, une plaque vitrocéramique avec four, un four micro-ondes, un combiné réfrigérateur-congélateur comprenant une machine à glaçons, une machine à café et tous les accessoires nécessaires pour que rien ne soit laissé à désirer pour vous et votre famille. La villa a été décorée avec soin par nos soins afin que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.

Un barbecue à gaz est prévu pour de bons barbecues au bord de la piscine. Comme écran d'intimité, toute la cage de la piscine a été plantée de palmiers.

En plus de 2 salles à manger, il y a un grand salon avec TV 55 ', lecteur Blu-Ray pour les USA et l'Europe.

Pour de beaux rêves, il y a une chambre avec un lit king-size (chambre principale) suivie d'une salle de bains principale avec douche à l'italienne et dressing, une chambre avec un lit king-size et une chambre avec un lit queen -Lit prêt. La zone d'hôtes a sa propre salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et sortie sur la piscine.
Un téléviseur de 32 'est disponible dans la chambre principale et dans une chambre d'amis.

I was in heaven when I got the pool up to temp. This was the nicest place we have stayed and in an excellent neighborhood. When we weren't in the pool we were at Fort Meyers Beach. All around a great experience.

We absolutley loved our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, the entire home was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, and the pool with the privacy was awesome. I would love to have this house as my own. Chris, the property manager, responded to our questions quickly and was very helpful. My correspondemce with the host, Andrea, were great. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Property/ location is great . Beds are comfy . House is clean, well maintained and cozy ( in a good way) pool is great. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. Owner /property manager Both were very nice - great communication ( we had zero issues ). The owner sent clear instructions a few days before on how to get into the house. Property manager kept in contact in the event of issues - we were given his phone number. Check in/ check out was a breeze. We absolutely loved the property and would love to vacation here again. It was a great trip and we thank the owner for letting us stay in their lovely home . Hope to do this again soon, but next time for longer

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Of all the VRBO's we've stayed at, this property has been the best! It was very clean & comfortable and well-stocked. The pool was a built-in bonus....very clean & private! We will definitely stay here again someday.

Wonderful House

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral

Very nice villa in good location. You can see that the owners put a or of effort into it and also low to stay here. The location is very good too. In a very quiet neighborhood with close to zero traffic but still only a max 5 min walk to the next supermarket. We would always book again.

Very enjoyable stay

The house is lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property. For a six week stay we ran over the electricity allowance by about $75 but heated the pool and did laundry. One note, pillows are extremely soft so you may think about bringing your own if you prefer more support.

My Third Stay

I LOVE staying at this house! It’s truly a hidden gem in Cape Coral. I tell everyone I can about this place, although I need to be careful so I can still find open times to stay! The house is well kept. The property manager, Charlie is great. Seriously, it’s my happy place!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Very nice property. The interior of the house was beautiful and clean. The pool deck could have been a little cleaner. Safe neighborhood and within walking distance of the Publix and a few fast food restaurants. This was our first VRBO rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Normally we pressure wash the pool deck after summer, but this year it was not possible :( We just ordered it to our administrator, he pressure washes it this week . Just the two of us

The house was perfect for us we wanted a place to hang out that was clean and comfortable but also situated where we could go out and move around the Cape Coral ft Meyers area. Chris the caretaker was excellent, courteous and answered all our questions about the area….also two blocks away from a food market within walking distance. Very happy with our rental highly recommend!!

Fabulous Home Away From Home

Just as wonderful home as the beautiful weather in south Florida. Our first stay but not the last! Our Girls Getaway Must Stay

This is the 4th time my girlfriend’s and I have stayed at this property. It has everything we need. The kitchen is great. The pool is perfect. The property manager is so kind. I’m afraid to say too many good things so it doesn’t get booked when we book our next stay! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

Well appointed, very nice home in Cape Coral.

Well appointed, clean, comfortable home that is close to restaurants and shopping area. Very nice, large pool with lanai where you can sit and relax. Well stocked kitchen; comfortable beds. Chris, the property manager was very nice and responsive as are the owners. House is just as described and pictured. A bonus was seeing the Burrowing Owls on walks around the neighborhood!

Great location and a superb villa!

Our family had a wonderfull stay at the villa with private pool! Everyday we took a dip into the pool and the villa itself is mindblowing. Everything you need is available and also the contact with the owner was very pleasant. Last but not least we want to mention Charlie, he is responsable for the checkin / checkout and al your questions at location. He is a very nice guy and will help you with all your needs!
