Powder Heights 13 is an ultra stylish and modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo constructed in early 2024.
From the ground level of the complex you will take a flight of stairs down to the entryway and the rest of the home is on one level.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen get beautiful sunlight from the large french doors that open up from the living room out to the terrace where your private hot tub is located, and there are additional near floor-to-ceiling windows to allow in even more sunlight.
Cuddle up in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the peak of Mt Morrisey, which is even more spectacular from in the hot tub!
The full kitchen and modern appliances will appeal to the chef of your group, and you can seat 4 at the dining table and another 2 at the kitchen bar, so you have space for entertaining.
The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, as well as another wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The second bedroom has a computer desk and office chair, perfect for getting some remote work done on your holidays if required.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
