Welcome to my chic Chicago getaway! This bright and open 2 bed 1 bath garden
condo in Chicago’s near west side boasts high ceilings, a modern interior,
gourmet kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms feature King beds
along with a sofa bed in the living room. In-unit laundry and easy street
parking complete the amenities to enhance your stay. With easy access to
downtown, the United Center for sporting events and concerts and vibrant
dining spots, your Windy City adventure starts here!
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Cute but loud
The apartment was very cute and the location was close to everything. We could hardly hear any city noises, however, we could not sleep from how loud the upstairs neighbors footsteps were. It sounded like stomping and it went until around 12 at night and even into the early mornings. We could hear them outside in the backyard as well. For the price we had paid and the noise levels we would have gone with a different option. Perhaps a sound machine would be a great add on to help with the noise.

March 2026- The location is great, 10-15 min walk to both United Center and the Blue Line, and Pete’s Market is a great option for premade food and groceries right next door. However, there are no close restaurants other than fast food. The red awning property manager adds an extra layer between customer and owner that seriously delayed getting check in info. The expectation was set to receive check-in info 48 hours prior, and after several attempts at contacting parties through the Vrbo app, we got the info about 2 hours prior. That was stressful and added to our already stressful trip delays. Also, unfortunately, the previous review regarding the noise from the upstairs neighbors was not exaggerated. While sound machines were added, they are not enough. I also wore loop ear plugs, but there does not seem to be any sound barrier between the floors, and the upstairs neighbors keep very odd hours. We were woken up between 12:30-1:30 and 3:30-4:00 AM each night of our 4 night stay.
