Quiet Studio near Glen Park

Our suite features a charming bedroom, full private bathroom, private entrance/exit, plus your own deck with a view to our beautiful garden. The location is perfect for travelers wanting a safe, quiet space near BART, shopping, and restaurants with easy parking.



The Space:

Located a stones-throw from Glen Park BART station and several other convenient transportation options, this beautiful garden-level suite is the perfect retreat for those who want a home base to explore the city (and beyond) and appreciate returning to a lovely and relaxing environment.



The private bedroom and attached full bath are on the lower level of a single-family house, with separate access through the garage. Step outside the French doors to your own patio facing the colorful garden. It's a great spot to read or relax with a beverage.



The suite includes a deluxe queen bed, wifi; flat-screen TV with Apple TV, Max, and Netflix; a large closet; a dresser; an iron and ironing board; a pod coffee maker with an assortment of coffee and tea pods; a microwave, a mini-fridge, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Note there is **no kitchen access**. The full bath features an ample tub. The room can accommodate two adults and one infant or child five years or younger.



You may use our washing machine and dryer located in the garage; please ask first.



Note that I have two elementary school-aged kids upstairs, and our household starts around 7:00 AM. We try to make as little noise as possible in the mornings, but as our kitchen is right above the guest suite, our space may not be a good fit for guests sensitive to sounds at that hour.

Guest Access:

The entire ground-floor suite is yours while you're here, including the attached patio.

Please do not go up the spiral staircase or explore behind the curtains in the Garage..



The Neighborhood:

Located in Glen Park near Outer Mission, Sunnyside, and Mission Terrace, it is impossible to be bored here.



Start the day off on the right foot with a stroll around Glen Canyon Park or Billy Goat Hill to check out the views of the city. Grab breakfast and a cup of coffee at Cup Cafe while taking advantage of the free WiFi!



Spend the day checking out the local shops with everything from jewelry, home décor and books to furniture, flowers and clothing.



The quickest route to most shops, is to take a right out of our garage, and go down chenery. You'll be in right the center of things. Check out our mobile-friendly guidebook, sent to you about three days before check-in, for our recommendations: laundry is two blocks away, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.



When it comes time for dinner, you can’t go wrong with a pie at Gialina Pizzeria or Mexican at La Corneta Taqueria. Cap off the night with a pint at Glen Park Station before coming home to us!



Getting Around:

We're 3 blocks from the Glen Park BART station which can zip you to downtown SF in 14 minutes. We're also right near the on/off ramps of the I-280 freeway.

Our home has a keypad to open the garage door. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions and amenity details.



The code needed to enter the property will be made available to you via email around 48 hours prior to check-in. The HostWell team will be available for assistance via email or, for emergencies, via telephone at 844-HostWell.



In order to ensure the safety of our guests, HostWell has implemented additional cleaning and sanitization procedures in all of our rental properties. The enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures completed by our housekeeping team increases the total cleaning fee rate—we thank you for understanding as we do our part to keep our guests safe.
