Clean, nice and easy access

Enjoyed our brief stay. The proximity to SFSU was perfect since we had to pick up my daughter from school. Everything as pictured, easy enough to park. Dog park down the street made it perfect for our pup. Especially appreciated the extra touches; welcome note, variety of treats in the refrigerator as well. Will definitely book again.

Will stay again for sure!

This was a great little place to stay. Had everything we needed and clean. Enjoyed this location as it was away from the hustle bustle of the city and near some of our favorite, local spots to eat. Communication with the property owner was great, got our check-in information a few days before our stay with very clear instructions (was a bit confused looking at it ahead of time but made perfect since once we arrived). We ended up not bringing our pup with us and they were very understanding and even refunded our pet fee. We'll definitely stay again next time we're up for a visit.

Nice place in a quiet area.

It was great staying here! The studio itself was super clean and nice, both the only downside was that the shower is quite small. As a small 5’3 female, I was still bumping into the wall trying to wash my hair. But it was still worth it and the price is great!

Pros: It was tiny and quaint, nice location. Cons: mildew scent in restroom was bad. Last night there was woken up in the middle of night with a truck that parked right outside the window, moving equipment which was extremely loud and inconsiderate and kept me up. Would not stay here again.

Overall, the room served it's purpose. The bed was clean but the floor felt like it had not been swept. The bathroom toilet was also dirty. The bath towels were old and had a musty smell. The shower is also really small, but that seems to be the norm with rentals that are basically just a room. The location was good and if it weren't for the lack of cleanliness and the smelly towels, I would rate higher.
