Summary:
Stay in a delightful and comfortable apartment, conveniently situated just across from Southern Cross Station, with breathtaking views of Docklands Harbour. This fully furnished space with HOTEL STYLE LINENS & TOWELS is perfect for business travellers, weekend escapes, or vacation getaways, featuring complimentary Wi-Fi and access to an on-site pool and gym.
The Space:
Spacious enough for 1, cozy for 2, and capable of accommodating up to 4 guests. A unique combination of contemporary design and 1800s heritage architecture gives this city apartment its special character.
At 50sqm, this apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and attached bathroom, a generous living space with a 3-seater sofa that unfolds into a double bed, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. You’ll also enjoy a private balcony overlooking the harbour.
Amenities include:
• 32-inch LCD TV
• Air conditioning and heating
• Free Wi-Fi
BEDROOM:
• Queen-size bed complete with linens (quilt, pillows & fitted sheet)
• Wardrobe with hangers
• Bedside table and lamps
• Roller blinds for privacy
EN-SUITE BATHROOM:
• Complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & toilet paper)
• Towels, bath mat, and a hairdryer provided
LIVING AREA:
• 3-seater sofa bed (with additional bedding, converting to a double bed)
• Coffee table, roller blinds
• An extra quilt, two pillows, a sheet & two towels will only be provided per sofa bed upon request—please let us know in advance if there are more than 2 guests staying. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
• Well equipped with oven, microwave, stove, range hood, dishwasher, detergent & sponge
• Soap
• Complimentary coffee and tea
• Full set of cooking utensils, pots, and pans

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Spencer Street right next to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favorite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated right next to the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on Spencer Street.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 2min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will greet you upon check-in to hand over the key. Please make sure to inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can meet you on time.
For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag.
This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The 3rd and 4th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double. Sofa bed dimensions:
• Width: 200cm
• Depth: 85cm
• Height: 80cm
• Seat depth: 70cm
• Seat height: 45cm
• Bed width: 140cm
• Bed length: 200cm
