A very comfortable and convenient property--especially if you love the Latin Quarter. Mere steps to the Pantheon, and many, many great restaurants nearby. Metro stop (Maubert) and taxi queue easily accessed down the hill. The washer and dryer made choosing this apartment a no-brainer for us. Quentin is a GREAT host--excellent communications and very accomodating! Enjoy Paris !!

We loved the apartment! The location was perfect- very easy access to public transportation and less than a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. It had everything we needed- kitchen, washer/dryer etc, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. He met me in person to hand off the key and was easy to reach if I had questions. Highly recommend.

Latin Quarter Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and spacious apartment in the Latin Quarter. Located in a beautiful historic building, the apartment is full of light thanks to its many windows and offers a true Parisian experience. The space was comfortable, and very well equipped — we especially appreciated the modern, high-pressure shower and the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus due to the length of our trip.The location couldn’t be better — tucked into a lively, walkable neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It felt like everything we wanted to see was just around the corner.A few things to note for future guests: like many older Paris buildings, there’s no elevator, and you do need to climb three flights of stairs (62 steps) to reach the apartment, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Also, as is common in Paris, there is no central air conditioning, so during particularly hot summer days, you’ll need to rely on open windows for ventilation. It was fine for us, but something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to heat.The apartment is the host’s primary residence, so you’ll find personal items in the space — this made it feel homey and lived-in, though it may not suit someone looking for a more neutral or hotel-like setting.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Super endroit

Très tres bien situé, tout juste a l'arrière du Panthéon sans les inconvénients du surtourisme. Bien équipé, beau logement, grande douche, toutes les commodités (sauf t.v. et machine a café) Plein de services a proximité et transport facile.
