Guests will also have access to multipurpose function room, along with a podium garden featuring BBQ areas and children's play zones. *Some amenities may require booking in advance.
There is no parking available in the building; however, there is secure paid parking available nearby.
Other things to note
You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host if you require more than 1 set of key. Depends on availability. Lost key/swipe charges: $200. Please take care of the swipe card and keys to avoid inconvenience.
Note on the condition:
This apartment has been leased for long term tenancy for the past 2-3 years, and while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
