I recently stayed at this townhouse and had such a great experience! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The space felt welcoming and had a cozy beach vibe, and I especially loved being able to unwind on the patio after a day in the sun.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, shops, and all the fun things to do in the area. Overall, it was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

We liked to be there. Walking distance to the beach. The gated community is nice and safe. We liked having pools so close and being able to play tennis and minigolf. The inside of the house was good and it was well equipped. A good guess for the bathroom might be liquid hand soap and maybe bigger containers of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The outside terrace was nice to sit and had mostly some shade because of the palms at the end of the terrace. The palms gave also some privacy. Only the seating chairs and their covers should have a replacement. The covers are already quite worn and two of the chairs were already broken in the seating area, when we we came. So we didn’t use them.

The stay was wonderful! We had such a relaxing time! Quick walks to the pool and beach, we tried out the pickleball courts as well and had a blast! We will definitely be coming back to this location!

A great place to getaway

This home was lovely. My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon! It was a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach, with onsite parking and access to pools and beach showers. We loved the decorations and general cozy but fun vibe of the house! Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals (a gas stove!) and a good, if motley, variety of cookware and utensils. We would definitely stay here again as a fun getaway for just the two of us!

Fall break getaway

First off Ben was an amazing host! The condo/townhome was clean and beautifully decorated and just my style! Loved the colors and personality of the place! It’s a gated community so we felt safe . I had my dog “Rip” and we took our walks every morning and of an evening it was comfortable and peaceful. I would definitely stay again and this may possibly be my forever go to place every year .

Fall Break Vacation

Had all the extra amenities we needed for our outdoor & indoor needs. The kids enjoyed the tennis court for sure! Our place was super cute. They have golf carts available on the property for rent that was very handy! We loved our stay, and plan to come back again! Our host was was super helpful 🙂

Best Stay in Panama City Beach

The property is clean. The beds are super comfortable. The amenities are a bonus. The location is perfect. This is, by far, the best place that I have stayed in Panama City Beach. I cant recommend this property enough. Wwilldefinitely

Great house, great location, amazing host

My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children ranging from 3-15) came to PCB for my daughter’s softball tournament. The location of this home is perfect for getting to Pier Park, Frank Brown sports complex, and Publix sports complex. The playground and tennis right outside our back door and the pool a few more steps away was perfect. There are plenty of tennis racquets for the whole family to play. There are also putters if you venture off to the mini golf. We did not get around to it although we wanted to. We did venture to the beach one day, and the walk was not bad at all, even for the littles. We also went over to the big pool and that was not bad of a walk either and worth it. The pools have bathrooms which was very convenient. The community is gated, and we never had any issues or waits getting in and out. Check in was a breeze as there was an attendant at the gate to give us our parking permit upon arrival. The large appliances are newer and work great. The furniture is nice but not ideal for mid afternoon naps. I will say it was a tight squeeze for 4 kids sleeping in the one room with their luggage, but it worked. Plenty of bed space though. Mattresses on all beds are so comfortable! Now for Ben, the host. We arrived with some disappointments of things missing (probably from previous renters). I communicated with him, and he had the stuff ordered and delivered before our trip was over. Communicate with him because he will make it right! Response time is very quick.

Go book it right now if still available! Seriously!

The townhouse is even better in reality than in the photographs. It’s very nice that every detail was thought out both in the design and in the organization of space. The carpet does not collect dirt, sand can be wiped off the sofa cover in no time, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, a convenient stove, refrigerator, etc. Excellent organization of space and storage, and very easy to keep it clean. It felt like our smart IT guy friend had invited us to his home while he was away. There is a clear feeling that the owner furnished this house not just to invest money economically and efficiently, but as his favorite and beloved project. It was very interesting to explore this house. And it was very pleasant to spend time inside and outside of it. We also enjoyed the design discoveries of its owners. The townhouse is close to the beach access 39, and the complex also has its own beach access next to it. So there are private gated restrooms and showers right across the ocean as well. That was very convinient with kids. It also has a playground and a tennis court like 1 minute away from the backyard, and a pool like 1-2 minutes from the front door.

Nice place

Great building, awesome amenities and quick walk to beach Only thing i would recommend is better furniture down stairs, couple recliners or reclining love seat But seating was ok, just not great for lounging around to watch tv Owner was spot on for communications
