Self Check-in and Check-out
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 24/7 gated community, centrally located and convenient to many restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling. The resort offers 11 pools (5 heated) including one right outside our door, and one right on the beach with snack bar for guests only. It also has an 18 Hole Mini golf course (bring your own putters and balls), 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard (bring your own shuffleboard necessities) and playground. It's just an easy 6-7 minute walk from our door, through gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk to the beach area. We have a beach pull-cart.
Downstairs you will find comfortable furniture (including sofa, and matching chair and another comfortable chair), kitchen with (fridge, dishwasher & gas stove) equipped with all cooking needs. The dining area offers seating for 4 along with an additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. You can relax on the patio or upstairs balcony. There's an outdoor gas grill.
There's a 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer & dryer, and cable tv.
Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an XL twin bed in the second bedroom. (new comforters and linens), large closets with hangers and full bath. The master bedroom has a patio and cable tv!
We've also included for your vacation stay: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and toys, beach cart, tennis racquets and board games.
You can Park directly in front of your door with 2 designated spaces (No waiting on elevators or crowds). This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy.
Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.

While searching for the perfect property in our price range, I fell in love with our townhouse while looking at it on the real estate listing site. Once our Agent was able to show us the property, I felt at home. I knew right away that this would be our home away from home that would allow us to share and create many memories with our children and grandchildren as well as our guest who chose to rent our lovely place.. Plus our townhouse had a bonus that I also loved! There is a Playground, Shuffleboard Court, 2 Tennis Courts and a Pool directly behind this townhouse! SCORE! If I didn't want to walk to the beach but wanted to swim and be in the sun I wouldn't have to walk the 5 minutes to the beach, I would be just steps away from the pool and the sun. SCORE AGAIN!

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is located just across from the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach, only 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Waterpark and 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort includes 11 swimming pools (5 seasonally heated & one Gulf Front), tennis & shuffleboard courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course, fitness center, and a community clubhouse. You’ll be surrounded with dining options, including the onsite Beach House of Gulf Highlands. Come see why Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a family favorite!
