Welcome to Parkland Preserve at World Golf Village in St Augustine, Florida!
This is a cozy home featuring three bedrooms / two baths, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a peaceful screened in back patio overlooking the preserve. The neighborhood has great amenities that are available to guests during their stay. They include a community pool, workout room, pickleball courts and dog park! The location is great - 40 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport and 15 minutes to Historic St Augustine! A variety of golf courses are in the area as well!
This beautiful gated community is for ages 55+ and the booking guest must meet this requirement. Minimum night stay is 30 days and all guests must be registered with the Community prior to arrival and ID is required. As this is a 55+ Active Adult Community, anyone that is 19 years or younger may visit for a maximum of 2 nights, but may not stay any longer than that in order to preserve the Active Adult Community requirements.
Pet Friendly - pets less than 30 lbs - (max 1) additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.
***Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. This is a local ordinance and quiet hours are strictly enforced!***
***Non-Smoking Property: The entire interior & exterior of the property is no-smoking. This includes the backyard and screened in porch.
TV's are Smart TV's - so be sure to bring your account information for Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix or any other service you have - or you can watch any of the Free Apps that are available. There are Smart TV's in the Living Room, Owner's Suite and Guest BR 1 with the Queen Size bed.
The Queen Beds are both electrically adjustable. The remote control is available for your use so you can adjust it to your desired comfort level.
**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement.
A confirmed reservation for this property is considered an agreement in full to all of our terms & conditions as noted in the booking agreement. If you need to receive a separate copy, please provide your direct email address and we will happily send you a copy.
Quiet Hours are enforced - and please remember to be a good neighbor to those around us! Guests of the property have an affirmative obligation to comply with the provisions of Section 2.02.04.B.19, St. Johns County Noise Ordinance (Ord. 2015-19), and all other applicable federal, state, and local law ordinances. Guests hereby acknowledge and understand the right of St. Johns County officials to reasonably inspect the premises to assurance compliance with said obligations.
Parking: there is room for a vehicle to park in the garage as well as additional driveway parking. (Maximum # of vehicles is 3). Motor vehicles, boats, Recreational Vehicles (RVs), and trailers shall be parked only in driveways or other areas on the property designated for parking. Boats, RVs and trailers shall not be parked on any street, alley, sidewalk, or public or private Right-of-Way, or part thereof, or in required front yards, except as provided in Section 6.01.03.H.5 of this Code. Vehicles larger than an SUV (motor homes, trailers, RV's, boats,etc) must be approved in advance and must not go over the maximum # of vehicles allowed on the premises.
