Very beautiful, very comfortable condo! We greatly enjoyed all of the details that made the place feel like home. Comfortable beds and pillows, throw blankets on the recliners, perfect for our evening tv watching! Found Cindy to be extremely friendly, very responsive when we needed guidance, the perfect host!If we return to the area we will definitely look to stay again!Highly recommend!!

This property was just as advertised. Cynthia's condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities you would need for a weekend stay. My wife said: this kitchen is very well stocked, it had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We loved being on the first floor because we had the extra convenience of coming and going through the back walkway to the parking lot. The TV was easy to operate (did not have to use multiple remotes) which made it quick & simple. The host (Cynthia) was very assessable and helpful in all of our communication. The check-in process was seamless because the instructions were easy to follow. Cynthia also suggested many restaurants in the area which was helpful for us since we had a busy schedule with other events during the weekend. We appreciated all of thoughtfulness and the cleanliness of her property. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

This property is absolutely amazing—I highly recommend it! My husband and I stayed here with another couple, and we all loved sharing this beautifully decorated, relaxing condo. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and spend time together, both indoors and outdoors.We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, listening to the sounds of nature and enjoying each other’s company. The parking lot is conveniently located near the condo, which was an added bonus.The layout of the condo also provided plenty of privacy when we needed it. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted.The surrounding property felt very safe to walk around, and the pool was a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.You will not regret staying here!

We had an excellent stay. The host communicated everything perfectly, making for a smooth check-in. Location was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. It was well appointed and well stocked with essentials. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable, with plenty of room for our family. 5 stars. Perfect host and and perfect stay.

Second time around

This was our 2nd stay at Cynthia’s unit and she is a good owner to deal with. The pools at Laterra and available facilities through the King & Bear community are well maintained. If you’re planning on heading to the beach, Crescent Beach is about 30 minutes away and easy to drive to.

Weekend Getaway

Overall stay was very good. Living room was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom was comfortable and roomie. Bathroom was ok but shower was a little small and needed some attention. Tile needs attention. Cracked at the bottom and showing signs of black grout. Would have expected newer towels in bathroom. Overal the condo was very nice and we would return for another stay.?

Very nice place. Just outside the gate there are restaurants. There is a golf course across the road. Place was big & super clean. Loved it!! Would stay again for sure!

Spring getaway

We spent a month at Cynthia’s place to relax and enjoy golf in the St. John’s area. The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked with easy access to golf, shopping and activities in the area. The lockout portion of the unit was perfect for visiting family. The Lattera complex and pool is well maintained and offers a few different pool options, a fitness centre and easy access to golf at the World Golf Village. Looking forward to returning in 2025.
