Located in the heart of Christchurch this brand new, modern and extremely comfortable apartment offers everything you need within a short stroll of a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and retail outlets, giving you the freedom to walk everywhere. Includes free secure off street parking and the convenience of two bathrooms. Spacious and drenched in natural light the apartment is complemented by an outdoor garden providing a haven to relax in at the end of the day and is peaceful at night.

The space
This light and bright apartment contains two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both rooms have beautiful comfortable queen beds and heaters as well as under floor heating in both bathrooms. All rooms have doors leading to the outside space where you'll find outdoor seating and a lounger chair for relaxing in the sun.

The apartment is located in a residential area within very close walking distance to the new convention centre, casino, Isaac Theatre Royal, restaurants and bars. However due to its position in the complex night time noise is kept to a minimum ensuring a peaceful sleep.

There is a fully equipped large kitchen including coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave as well seating for 6 adults. There is a washing machine and all linen and towels are provided.

In the main living area there is a large screen TV with Netflix and Freeview television channels or stream from your own device. Air conditioning for comfort year round and plenty of seating.

Free unlimited high speed Wi-Fi provided via our Fibre Broadband connection with unlimited data.

This apartment is located on the ground floor for easy access.

SECURE RESERVED ALLOCATED CARPARK- convenient FREE parking space inside security gates located at apartments rear entrance.

Private outdoor patio overlooking lovely garden to relax in or space for the kids to play.

We provide you with a selection of teas and coffee, including coffee capsules, a coffee machine, milk as well as other essentials to enhance your stay.

Children of all ages are very well catered for with a selection of indoor and outdoor toys, books a porta-cot, high chair, eating utensils and a night light.

There is a secure bike storage area on site.

Noise Monitoring & Consideration for Neighbours
This apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device in the living area. The monitor measures sound levels only - it does not record conversations - and helps ensure a comfortable environment for all residents in the building.

We ask that you please be mindful of your noise levels, particularly during the building’s quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour. As this is a shared residential complex, respecting other residents’ peace and privacy is essential.

One-nz Stadium (Te Kaha) is 250 metres from the front door. Latimer Square is at the end of the street. From there, most of what you’d want in central Christchurch is a short walk.

Food and coffee
Milkman Cafe is the local morning spot. Smokey T’s BBQ on Cashel Street is five minutes on foot - 12-hour smoked brisket, pork belly, jerk chicken, proper ribs. Sells out most days, worth going early. The Dux for a beer and something decent to eat. Hotikita Sandwich Company if you want lunch sorted quickly. Little High Eatery for evenings when no one can agree on one thing - food hall, everyone picks their own. Base does woodfire pizzas worth the walk. SALT District and Evolution Square both about eleven minutes on foot and worth knowing about for dinner.

Things to do nearby
New Regent Street is eight minutes on foot - one of the better streets in Christchurch for an evening out. Pick up the tram there, have a cocktail at Gin Gin, gelato at Rollickin, chicken and chips if that’s the mood. Boutique shops worth a look in the daytime. Isaac Theatre Royal and the Court Theatre are both close by if there’s something on while you’re here.

Margaret Mahy Playground is eight minutes on foot - one of the best playgrounds in the country, genuinely worth it even without kids. Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is fifteen minutes if you’re in town for an event. Imagination Station is inside Tūranga, Christchurch’s Central Library, twelve minutes on foot - a free LEGO building space on the ground floor, no booking required. A good one to keep up your sleeve for a rainy day. Gets busy at weekends and school holidays.

Fitness
Snap Fitness on Madras Street is eight minutes on foot. We’ve arranged casual access for guests - $20 per visit during staffed hours, Monday to Saturday. Ask us for details when you book.
