The Space

This upscale three-story townhome is designed for comfort and style, featuring open-concept living areas, hardwood floors, luxury finishes, and plenty of natural light throughout.

The main floor boasts a spacious, gourmet kitchen with upgraded Bosch and JennAir appliances, a large island with bar seating, and high-end housewares. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, where you’ll find a Samsung Frame Smart TV.

The upper floor houses two bedrooms and a laundry room with front-loading machines. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, The Frame smart TV, and a 5-piece ensuite with a soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, The Frame smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

The lower level features a flexible home office that converts into the third bedroom with a full-sized Murphy bed and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a 2-car garage for easy parking.

Highway 36 takes you to Boulder and the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

This was the perfect place for our family of four on our Denver vacation! We loved its walkability to restaurants as well as the space it provided us. It was also quick drive to all the tours we took and easily accessible to major highways.

Incredible stay!

We had the absolute best experience! The home is lovely, very clean & in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Nearby dining options & proximity to downtown attractions made the property even better. We had excellent communication with the property management team & experienced no issues during our 5 day stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed & provided ample space for our family. It has every modern amenity & a spacious kitchen. I cannot recommend this property enough. We would definitely book this home again! Thank you for providing a fantastic property & making our Denver trip extra enjoyable!

Denver weekend for graduation

Great location with easy access to everything. Instructions should give a little bit more explanation as to how to get to the property maybe referencing the alley behind it where you access the small garage.

Incredible Stay

We've been traveling to the Denver area for a long time and decided to venture over to LoHi to experience some local fun. This property exceeded all expectations and provided everything we needed for the ideal stay. Not only was the home in a perfect location, it was clean and spacious. The property management were polite and great communicators every step of the way. We will definitely be recommending and staying here for future stays.
