Enjoy the benefits of a home set up for family living. This is our family home so well equipped. Great indoor, outdoor flow, with archgoloa for easy outdoor living. Double glazing, insulated home with two heatpumps/air conditioners. Dishwasher, Sky TV, wifi. Easy walking path to Saxton for sports events, short walk to Richmond Aquatic Centre/Gym, 5 minute drive to shops/mall. 5 minutes bike up to popular Silvan Mountain biking trails and great walks.
