Fully furnished unit with everything you need for your stay, including - wifi, cable tv in living room and master bedroom, in-unit washer/dryer, beach/pool towels, fresh linens, dishware, etc., K-cups, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods also provided to get your trip started! One available parking spot included, and ample additional parking for a second car and visitors. Condo is professionally cleaned between every rental. No smoking. No pets.

Country Club Amenities at River Strand
River Strand Golf and Country Club guests have full access to the amenities with a one time purchase of the Membership Transfer Fee of $535 plus tax. This includes clubhouse pools, fitness rooms, Racquet sports, golf, and much more! This one time Membership Transfer Fee, regardless of the duration of your stay, is to be paid directly to River Strand at the time of your arrival through the main office. Tee times will require bookings through River Strand’s pro shop. Golf rental carts are an extra cost and rates are dependent on the rental month. The pro shop can provide further information.
This vacation rental is 25 minutes from downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach with its surrounding attractions. You are only a 20 to 30 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches including Anna Maria Island, Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key to name a few. St. Armands Circle is one of our personal favorite places to explore with delicious cuisine and shops.

Explore Ellenton Outlet Mall, University Mall and Town Centre, which are only 15 minutes away. Orlando and Miromar Outlet Malls are about 1.5 hours away for a great day trip!
