Stayed for 2 weeks early March. Unit was very clean and sufficiently appointed. Host communicated well. Location was "perfect," close to stores, restaurants and short drive to beautiful beaches. Pools were a welcome retreat at the end of a day browsing real estate and sightseeing. One negative was the loud noise from garbage dumpsters being emptied very early in the morning, but that's uncontrollable.

Very comfortable beds. Kitchen is really spacious and has good appliances. It was very clean and I had no issues. The kids loved the pools, and hot tubs as well. I would definitely like to come back to this plce next time.

The location is great with stores very close, very close to IMG academy and for beaches.It had everything we needed for a short stay. There could be some improvements made but for the length of time we stayed it was okay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ervin’s. The property was clean and neat and well organized. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. The property was as pictured. Ervin was very quick to respond and communicated effectively. The location of the property was ideal. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The beaches were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.
