We just finished an amazing 4 weeks at this beautiful location. Tony was a gem to deal with, always available to answer any questions and quick to respond! The condo is beautiful, super comfy bed, VERY well equipped with everything we needed and then some! The pools were great, this gated community was spotless with excellent service from the clubhouse, the restaurants, and upon check in. I highly recommend this property and Tony. Also, so close to so many fun destinations (beaches, shopping, walking trails, and restaurants) to name a few. Thanks so much Tony, for making our first experience as snowbirds a most wonderful one!

What a wonderful location....

What a wonderful location... This condo has the most spectacular views. We enjoyed looking at all the birds, and wild life around the pond over looking the condo. The unit also has great views of the Manatee River. The owner was wonderful, very easy to communicate with, and in a prompt manner. He was always courteous, very accommodating and responsive. It was a pleasure. The house was impeccably clean, and filled with all the essentials such as cookware, linens, basic cleaning supplies, toiletries, board games, a tool box, and even a first-aid kit. The owner even left some treats for us when we arrived. Nice touch. River Strand is a great location with 2 club-houses each with a pool and gym. We tried everything we could. The only thing that we we did not do was play golf as we did not have our equipment. We will definitely come back.

Amazing Experience

I can’t say enough about Tony, he was wonderful! Very accommodating from the beginning of our stay until the end. I consider myself to be a clean person and I would say that the condo was definitely clean. It is nicely furnished and had everything that we needed. We stayed for two months while our house was being built and would absolutely recommend staying here!

Property is beautifully decorated and equipped with all your needs for a home away from home. Property is in immaculate condition and has a great location. Tony is very accommodating and super nice to work with.

Wonderful Condo in a fabulous setting.

It was the first time to this area and we stayed 4 months. The description of the condo by the owner is all factual, in fact its even better when you see it for real. The view from the lanai is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the wild life in the lake right in front of the condo. All the different birds were very entertaining. The view of the Manatee river was also a bonus. The condo is fully equipment, very modern and tastefully decorated. There is huge flat screen TV and the owner (Tony) also provided a digital video recorder so we could record and watch or shows at any time. There is a large storage shed outside the condo , which was great for storing your golf clubs. In there was also beach chairs and cooler. Tony was wonderful, he always responded, very quickly, to any questions I had. The River Strand community is very nice, the 27 hole golf course is in great condition. You are allowed to walk 9 holes after 3.30pm, or you have to take a cart. There are so many pools throughout River Strand including two large main pools which had hot tubs and one had a resistance pool. The Bradenton area was fabulous, you have everything you need so close. The highway is close by but you don't hear it from you the condo. The beaches are close and are really nice.. We had a wonderful time here . I highly recommend the area and the condo. You wont be disappointed.

A wonderful gorgeous place to be

We enjoyed a wonderful time at a great place: - tranquil, serene mornings with the upcoming light of the day - great meals in a terrific equipped kitchen, where we found everything in the best quality (I like to cook a lot and sometimes I´m picky about knives, pans etc.) - coffeebreaks with watching golfers, birds and alligators - lazy, peaceful evenings on the lanai, a glass of wine and colorful sunsets…. It´s a place worth to live - even if it was only for that short time… And the hospitality and support of Tony is beyond words… Thank you so much!

Stunning views! Comfortable accommodations!

We love River Strand and this condo is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of this community. We stayed here during August and it was very quiet. Even with the summer weather, we were able to enjoy the lanai because there is a newly installed outdoor fan. We loved watching the birds hunt food in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. The condo is VERY nicely furnished and has everything you need for an extended stay. The photos represent exactly what you'll find upon arrival. The homeowner, Tony, is very nice and is quickly attentive to any questions that may arise. We highly recommend this unit.

Relaxing Stay

Thank you Tony for providing such a beautiful place to stay! Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated and had such a beautiful lanai to view the sunsets. I absoutley love the Riverstrand community and will return again soon!

My family moved to Sarasota when I was just 3 years old, so I consider myself a "native Sarasotan" LOL I enjoyed growing up close to the beach and I spent much of my chidhood out on the waters of Sarasota Bay. I saw many changes to my hometown, including the addition of shopping malls, new neighborhoods, and even an interstate!! After graduating college I moved back to Sarasota where I taught students with autism and other developmental disabilities. While I loved teaching, an opportunity came up in 1998 and I moved to High Springs, Florida for 8 years where I purchased and managed a bed & breakfast. I loved the lifestyle of being an innkeeper, and most of all I enjoyed meeting our guests and making them feel comfortable in our historic home. During that time I also obtained my real estate license and helped guests find vacation properties along the Santa Fe & Itchetucknee Rivers. In 2009 I returned to Sarasota and started working with Michael Saunders & Company as a real estate agent, and that is where I am today. I still love living here in Sarasota, and I enjoy helping others find their own slice of paradise :-)

I came across this condo almost by accident. I received an e-mail from the builder saying that they were closing out the building, so I thought I would take a look. When I walked into this unit I could hardly believe how beautiful the views were and I purchased it on the spot! I love everything River Strand has to offer: 2 separate amenity centers both with fitness centers and resort-style pools, Tiki bar at the main pool, great restaurant, and of course state-of-the-art golf and tennis facilities. Whenever I drive into River Strand my blood pressure automatically goes down and I breathe a sigh of relief. In the summer of 2022 I decided to do a complete renovation to my condo and I couldn't be happier with the result!!! I hope you love it as much as I do.
