As the sun rises and sets, marvel at the spectacular colors changing across the mountain range from the comfort of our large open-plan lounge on the ground floor or the upstairs lounge and deck. After a day spent skiing or hiking, indulge in a glass of fine local wine while taking in the breathtaking views.

Our home is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for all guests. We kindly ask that you respect our home and its contents, and care for it responsibly during your stay.

To ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience, we've equipped our home with exceptional standards of cleanliness and amenities. You'll enjoy high-quality 5-Star hotel-grade linen and towels, memory foam pillows for all beds, and a range of appliances including a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, smoothie blender, toaster, sandwich maker, and induction cook top.

For entertainment, you'll find board games on hand, as well as internet access and a TV connected to the internet. The property also offers car parking space for two cars, with additional free off-street parking available.

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Size: 226 sqm of living space. Please note: The garage is not available for guest use and is not included in the size dimensions.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house, except the garage.

Hanley's Farm is located at Jack Hanley Drive, Hanley’s Farm, Queenstown. Surrounded by The Remarkables and a just a few minutes’ drive from the iconic Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Ski Field access road. The suburb is only an 9 minute drive to Queenstown airport and Five Mile shopping area. The suburb contains a park complete with a skate ramp, gym equipment and full-scale playground to enjoy some time outdoors, soaking up the incredible views. A brand new cafe, The Farmhouse Cafe has recently opened its doors. Grab a coffee on your way up to the Remarkables to start your day on the snow! There will also be a small range of household essential items for purchase, saving a trip to the supermarket.
