About The Cottage:
Spacious and private waterfront cottage at Lake Simcoe! The cottage has 67 feet private waterfront, direct access & a private dock directly at Lake Simoce. It is about an hour drive from Toronto. Spectacular lake & sunset views. Lake Simcoe offers great swimming, fishing, boating & water sport opportunities. The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2.5 washrooms, sauna room, living room w/ fireplace, dining room, kitchen, & laundry room. Walk out to a spacious deck complete with hot tub, BBQ grill & patio furniture.

Patio, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, Lakefront, Dock & Sauna:
* Patio, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill & Patio Furniture are located at the back of cottage. Facing Lake Simcoe, have great Lakeview and Sunset view.
- Outdoor Hot Tub: Operating 24/7 all year round.
- Outdoor BBQ Grill: Operating 24/7 all year round.
* Lakefront is at the backyard of the cottage with 67 feet shoreline at Lake Simcoe.
* Dock will be available between in the middle of Spring to in the middle of autumn.
* Indoor Sauna is located in the the second floor.
- Indoor Sauna: Operating 24/7 all year round.

5 bedrooms:
5 Bedrooms: All bedrooms have great lake view & sunset view:
1) Master Bedroom with full ensuite washroom & closet: King bed, night tables (1st Floor).
2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed, night tables (1st Floor).
3) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (3 levels), table, bookcase (1st Floor).
4) Bedroom 4: King bed, night tables & walk-in closet (2nd Floor).
5) Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds, night tables & closet (2nd Floor).
In total, there are 8 beds, which are suitable for up to 13 guests.

Living room, dining room & kitchen have great lake view & sunset view:
* Living Room with fireplace, 3 pieces of sofa and 2 stool chairs. Living room has direct access to patio.
* Dining Room: Solid wood dining table set with 8 solid wood chairs.
* Kitchen with Island: Gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooking ware, etc...
* Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer.
* 2.5 Washrooms in the cottage.

- TV: 43' smart 4K television in the living room.
- WiFi: High speed internet, 1.5 GB/S Download Speed.

Parking Spaces: Ten (10).
- Driveway: The driveway is 25’ x 45’ = 1,125 S.F. The driveway can park six (6) cars; and
- Additional Parking: The additional parking spaces is on the right side of the driveway which is 25’x30’= 750 S.F. The additional parking can park four (4) cars.

Gorgeous lakeview cottage

We had a wonderful friend union at this cottage. The lakeview off the back deck was breath taking. Property had everything we needed which and was in great condition. The hot tub and sauna was a treat especially in this weather. We will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Amazing place!

This place had a million dollar view. The place was extremely spacious! We loved the amenities.. hot tub and the sauna got super hot which was awesome! We cannot wait to come back again soon. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cottage with us!

Beautiful waterfront cottage and friendly host!

Beautiful cottage with a great Lake view and sunset view. Just as described, friendly hosts. Great hot tub and nicely stocked kitchen. The best part is enjoy hot tub at the outdoor and enjoy private direct waterfront. Will definitely be back!

Nice Cottage

The Direct Waterfront Cottage with Hot Tub has a wonderful lake view and sunset view. During winter enjoy hot tub is a great experience.

New Years Reunion

Nice and central location, overlooks the water! Plenty of rooms for everyone, and check-in was a smooth process. My only constructive feedback is that some of the skylights had flies in them, and the water in the hot tub did not appear to be well maintained.

Wonderful Lakefront Cottage!

My friends and I stayed at this Lakefront Cottage with Hottub for one day, we enjoyed our stay. The cottage is large with 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms come with king size beds, 2 bedrooms come with queen size beds and other bedroom has bunk bed. We had great experience stayed at the cottage!

Beautiful waterfront cottage!

The owner of the Waterfront Cottage is a very nice host and answer my questions very quick. The hot tub is comfortable, warm, enjoyable while using hot tub and watching lake view and snow fallen were a great experience. We also like to use the sauna. The cottage has private direct waterfront allow us went down to the iced lake.

Stunning Waterfront Retreat at Lake Simcoe

This waterfront cottage at Lake Simcoe is a hidden gem with an amazing view of the lake. It has a spacious and glass awning covered deck with a BBQ, patio set, and a hot tub overlooking the water which makes it the perfect place for a getaway during any season. The cottage is beautiful and has five bedrooms and a sauna in one of the bathrooms that we enjoyed. There is also a large dining and living room area by the fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for large gatherings. The host was also welcoming and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Located just an hour from Toronto, this cottage is perfect for both intimate getaways and larger group stays. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return with a bigger group to enjoy this peaceful retreat again!

Relaxing stay at the direct waterfront cottage on lake simcoe!

I booked this cottage last minute for my parents and me since they were able to book off a Friday, and it was the perfect place for them to unwind! The view of Lake Simcoe is so beautiful that, despite the chillier weather, we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the hot tub and BBQ. There’s a glass roof above the deck, which was great since it helped us stay a bit warmer. The cottage itself was spacious and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a big dining and living room area where we played one of the games the host provided for guests. From booking to check-in, the host was super accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We all watched a movie before bed, and it was nice that my room also had its own TV because I was able to stay up watching more after my parents went to sleep. My parents really loved the sauna too and used it after waking up early to catch the sunrise! We all left feeling recharged and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next time, hopefully with the rest of our family!

Enjoyment stay at the direct private lakefront cottage with hot tub!

Atti is a very nice host and answer my questions very soon. The hot tub is fantastic, very comfortable, enjoyable while using hot tub and watching lake view was a great experience. The cottage has direct private waterfront. Great location and reasonable price.
