We had an amazing time while staying at this property. It was clean and check in was very easy. The only downside was the mattress on the king bed was an old spring mattress so we woke up with body aches from lack of body support at night but to be fair we are in our late 40’s so we do need that extra back support at night. You have to cross a pretty busy road to get to the dock and fire pit but our children are all teenagers so it was not an issue for us at all. I would definitely book here again and will definitely recommend to family and friends

Outdoor was extremely dirty, spiders, webs, dead bugs, back yard not usable, lawn not mowed. Garage bin outside overflowing. Walked in to a strong cat spray smell that lingered throughout the stay. Window seals disgusting, full of moss and dead bugs. Floors not washed. No water pressure in shower. Towels damp in dryer upon arrival. Beach not swimmable. House rules, to not flush used toilet paper.

Great spot!

Mr B’s place was great. Conveniently located, great price, clean with ample room. The house was equipped with everything you needed. Across the street is a fire pit and the lake. We snowmobile/fish so being lakeside was perfect for us. Mr B was prompt in getting back to us with any questions and was very kind and understanding. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Swing Bridge cottage. Mr Singh was very responsive. The house is very close to Beaverton and was easy to get to. The space was tidy and well equipped with outdoor toys (kayaks, SUP, muskoka chairs, fire pit, gas bbq) and indoor appliances (air fryer, blender, toaster oven). There is a small dishwasher, and the air conditioning was effective! There were a couple of negatives that could be easily fixed - we didn't find many towels (we managed OK as there were five of us, but it was not ideal) and there were no steak knives. Mattresses were not especially comfortable. On the plus side - hardly any mosquitoes! Upstairs bedroom was very nice, and the main floor had lots of amenities (TV, chairs, wifi).Lake access requires you to cross a moderately busy 2-lane road (Ramara Rd 47). The water is quite muddy/silty close to shore; you need to enter at the end of the dock and walk out about 20-30 m to get to the sandy part. The lock to the shed is tricky to open. Water is about 1 m deep mostly, great for playing games in the water, but you can't dive. Indoor water is fine for washing and showering, but you need to bring drinking water. We noted a sulphur smell from the tap water.The swing bridge and canal are good for sightseeing or kayaking/SUPing.

Amazing experience

Everything was amazing! Great property, gorgeous lake, amenities were great. Bhawani the owner was fantastic, friendly, and always available for any questions or inquiries and responded quickly each time. Highly recommended
