The condo was nice, but it wasn’t cleaned. We had to many issues. Air conditioning worked great. They closed down the pools, Lazy River and Hot Tub. That’s what you want working!

We sincerely apologize that the condo was not properly cleaned when you arrived. Cleanliness is important to us, and we understand how disappointing it is to encounter issues at the beginning of your vacation. We will share your concerns with the appropriate housekeeping team for review. Regarding the pools, lazy river, and hot tub, these are building amenities controlled by the Ocean Bay Club property/HOA, not by Elliott Beach Rentals. Elliott does not own or operate the building or make decisions regarding building renovations, maintenance closures, or amenity availability. We understand how frustrating it is when amenities you were looking forward to using are unavailable, and we’re sorry for the disappointment. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns that are within our responsibility and hope we can provide you with a better experience in the future.

The place is beautiful, from the jacuzzi tub, through its well stocked kitchen and of course the view. The A/C in this place is outstanding and the first week we were down it was over a hundred everyday. We stay in North Myrtle every year and this one of the best places we have rented. Seriously up there with renting one of the single houses on million dollar row which for a condo to be in the same class speaks volumes for how nice this place is.

Convenient to Walmart Krogers local restaurants and charting fishing trips. Condo was spacious! Internet was lagging or not useable for cell phones. Kitchen well stocked. But overall an amazing experience.
