This cottage is privately surrounded by a well established garden and situated on peaceful Bills Way, close to the lake and town centre. Plenty of private space for vehicles and a boat. Recently upgraded, the modern furnishing complement the property`s rustic charm.



Kitchen is fully equipped with a good range cooking utensils and tableware.



The living area features an open plan kitchen/lounge space with ample sofas, large dining table, a great wood burner with firewood supplied.



There is also a night store heater in the lounge room and heater in the far bedroom.
