The Nest,Villa 19 Heritage Village, Wanaka

A beautiful, generously sized 4 bedroom villa set in 5 acres of gardens makes the perfect destination for couples, friends and families.

IMPORTANT:
Please note the maximum number of guests allowed under Body Corporate rules is 8 adults and up to 2 kids. So it's a MAXIMUM of 10 people but at least 2 must be under the age of 16.

BEDROOMS:
Four spacious bedrooms. All with luxury beds with new premium mattress toppers, hypo-allergenic duvets, electric blankets, fabulous cotton bed linen and cosy throws. Noiret panel heaters in all bedrooms.

BATH:
1 x Ensuite in main room, a second full bathroom and a third half bath. All towels are included for you.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is in the heart of an open-plan dining and living space with bi-fold doors that flow to a huge wrap-around terrace for alfresco dining. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from a Nespresso coffee maker including pods, pots and pans, basic pantry items such and flour and sugar.

DINING:
Beautiful indoor and outdoor dining options, plenty of space for all of your friends and family!

LOUNGE:
Double-sided real flame gas fireplace in the lounge. New 50 inch TV and blu-ray DVD player - sit back and enjoy a movie night in front of the fire, DVD's included.

GROUNDS AND VILLAGE:
You will have access to the villages incredible ammenities including a full tennis court, gym, sauna, sandpit and Florence's Cafe & Foodstore for great coffee, delicious food and superb local produce.

FOR THE FAMILY
Amazing for families, we have everything you need for babies to big kids. We have you covered with the essentials and much more! Cot, high chair, lots of books and toys, even scooters for the kids (and adults) to enjoy. The downstairs kids room is fully equipped as a media room and boasts a TV, DVD player and Play Station 3.

Very comfortable and spacious home, well set-up for families and larger groups. We stayed while there for a weeks skiing and the property was perfect - lots of kitchen equipment, laundry, ski storage area and games for kids. Lovely gas fire in main area and well heated home overrall. Would highly recommend.

Home away from home

This house was amazing! The host was excellent and quick to reply to any messages. They also thought of everything! We travelled with our family of 5 and both set of grandparents (9 of us total) and we were very comfortable there. We hope to come back one day!

Wonderfully appointed, family friendly villa

We loved our time at the villa, the layout and location worked well for our family group. The children couldn't believe how well equipped it was for them, especially, both in the villa and around the complex. Everything we needed. Great gym, and having the pub handy was also a bonus!

Lovely home

Well equipped home in the kitchen and loads of toys/games. Only bug bearer i have is how bright it was in the master bedroom was in the morning with all curtains & blinds closed!

Lovely return visit to Wanaka

This was our second time staying at the Nest in Wanaka for a skiing holiday at Cardrona. Large and comfortable house, perfect for two families and apres ski fun at home. Nice big kitchen, dining and lounge. Spa bath also nice for tired legs! Margaret was quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Great for kids and skiers

Great for kids with plenty of toys/books. Handy features like gas fire and ski drying cupboard. Very close to Wanaka and at basically the midpoint between Cardrona and Treble Cone making it easy to access either field. Quiet and comfortable.

So beautiful

Absolutely loved this space for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home. Margaret, my daughter took the little monkey with a bell in it with her in her toy box by mistake. 🙈 I'll post it back to the address when I get a chance

Fabulous Family Ski Holiday

The villa was a fantastic base for our skiing holiday with two families. Very cosy and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and lots of lounge space for games. Spa and sauna facilities also nice after long days on the slopes. Margaret was a very communicative host and quick to respond all our questions. Thank you! We would be keen to stay again the next time we are in Wanaka.

Perfect property for a big group of mixed ages
