Family oriented bedroom level has queen and twin bedrooms each with access to pool access deck and shared bath. Another twin bedroom and den with sleep sofa, TV and desk share the spacious 3rd bath completing the bedroom level. Also included in Decked Out are 3 streaming capable TVs, WiFi, elevator, H/C outside shower and second full size refrigerator. Relax and recharge in the amazing backyard oasis featuring a poolside deck and your own fenced in private swimming pool with a shallow end just perfect for kids! Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway with garage access, however there is a height limit of 74 inches making it not suitable for SUVs. Includes one Bethany parking permit for street parking. EV Charger (J1772) included and available to use. Just the perfect summer beach house with plenty of space to spread out where you will be sure to make those special family beach vacation memories!
