Located just across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway, three blocks from the beach and two blocks from the Isle of Palms Rec Center (where you can play pickleball, tennis, basketball, baseball & more), Waterway Oasis is centrally located to take advantage of the many amenities of the Isle of Palms community. Guests access Waterway Oasis through the front door on the front porch. Once you enter the door, you will find the entryway that leads to the central living room with vaulted ceilings & shiplap walls. The primary suite, queen bedroom, guest bedroom, hallway bathroom and kitchen are all located off of the central living room. You may access the front porch via the queen bedroom and guest bedroom, and you may access the private balcony overlooking the pool from the primary suite. The kitchen connects to the screened porch, which leads to the side deck. Follow the exterior staircase from the side deck down to the backyard, pool area & patio, putting green and fenced play area. A stacked washing machine & dryer are located in the primary suite. Please note guests may not access the tiny loft area or use the fireplace within the living room.



Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
