Welcome to 1 Intracoastal, located on the famous Harbor Golf Course at Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, SC - just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. This Beautiful home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 12th green of the Harbor Golf Course.

The front entry features a large inviting porch that runs the width of the house, perfect for rocking away the afternoon! The first floor living area offers an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry room, powder room, and a fabulous master suite. There are wood floors in the foyer, dining room, kitchen and family room, with carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The spacious eat-in kitchen features tons of cabinetry that is fully stocked and ready for cooking.

Relax in the screened porch overlooking the 12 green and down the fairway and lake. Step into the sun on the expansive pool deck, complete with swimming pool and BBQ area, or play ping-pong in the garage. The beach access is located on 41st avenue and is about a 10-15 minute walk from the home.

Amazing Place in IOP!

Our family and friends stayed here and it was perfect for all of us! It was very spacious and a great fit for our group. I would highly recommend this house for multiple families!

Had an amazing time. I was already familiar with the area and was visiting friends, and this was the perfect choice. Brought my blended family and we had plenty of room to spread out when we needed to, but the common area was fantastic. The pool is also large and well cared for.. It is a gorgeous property and the property management company was extremely responsive and kind. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Great location, disappointed with condition of the home.

Location was great, pool was great, but the condition of the home and furniture was disappointing. The outdoor furniture is falling apart. The house smells musty. The mattress in the far left bedroom was like a deflated air mattress and the bathroom next to it smelled like a sewer. There is also a termite issue that needs to be addressed and it was gross and annoying to deal with.

Great place overall. Could use a few little thoughtful touches.

Overall great house. Construction on the golf course which can’t be helped, took away from the view. A suggestion would be to provide hand soap in the restrooms and kitchen and maybe a starter bottle of dawn or any sort of kitchen cleaner for handwashing. Also a suggestion would be to put a spray bottle under the sink of something to wipe down the counters. Wonderful and beautiful property.

great place

love it but 3 negative things. shower in garage didnt work until i took the clogged shower head off. master shower had almist no oressure. took head iff. no cold water and weak hot water. had to shower upstairs. one of the steps on the front right side as u leave the house had a loose chunk of wood that actually allowed my grandson to trip and twist his ankle. its dangerous and needs immediate attention. but trually overall we loved the place
