The building has an elevator and rooftop pool. Two parking spaces. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also close to Northside Park where there is a fishing and crabbing pier, a playground and ball fields. On Sundays, in season, there is a concert and fireworks. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
