This was perfect for us. Great space to spend quality family time. Plenty of room for four adults and two children. The kitchen is well stocked. Laundry is convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Property was very nice and easy to get to from highway 41 or 75.

House was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Most necessities were furnished and the house was very clean and in order. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Property was in a very good location. Unit was very clean and had basically all new furniture and furnishings. 2 new large screen smart televisions, new Weber grill and a new fire pit. Private pool, but it is not heated and the time that we were there (January), it was too cold to use.

This is what happens when you listen to your father in law who’s always trying to save money no matter the discomfort. Oh sure, it was cheaper than many properties in the area but as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. Pros: checkin process was easy, house is centrally located in North PortCons: just about anything relating to cleanliness. Right away when we walked in, several areas were not cleaned or vacuumed. The en-suite bathroom was littered with dead fruit flies. Many of the bedrooms had piles of dust bunnies underneath the beds. All the linens were dusty as well. They had spare sheets, but they were so incredibly musty that we had to wash everythingIssues extended to the kitchen as well. Dishes appeared like they haven’t been used for a while. Tried to use the toaster and the musty smell was overpowering and ruined the foodAs for the pool, it was completely green the first day. Someone must have come by at some point because it did start to clear up. But, no heater. So we never got to use it. We tried contacting the property manager, but all we received were AI generated responses that “we’re working on it!” (Spoiler alert, they were not). We’ve stayed in North Port multiple times and usually rent from owner managers. This time was from a property company and I will say with confidence: NOT doing that again!Overall, there are a lot of great properties in North Port, and we’ve stayed at many of them. Avoid the headache and stay away from this one.

We’re sorry your stay did not meet expectations. After reviewing your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who shared the following:- The home was inspected by our local guest contact the day before arrival to ensure it was ready, including checking the pantry where the new toaster is stored.- The pool was clear and properly maintained at check-in, which we can confirm via the exterior camera view. While the home does not have a pool heater, we strive to keep the pool area clean and well cared for.- Cleanliness concerns are taken seriously. We were surprised by reports of fruit flies and musty linens, as these have not been previous issues. Guests do not have access to spare linens to ensure all provided items are professionally laundered before each stay.- A local contact was available throughout the stay for immediate assistance; however, we did not receive outreach until December 30. Following the report, multiple attempts to connect were unsuccessful.We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving the experience for future guests.
